If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) Agreements, then you may not use the Service, but please let us know by emailing at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can try to find a solution. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use Service.

Seller : a user who own a shop on the Service.
Manager : a seller who has been set up as a shop’s manager.
Shop : a virtual shop created by a user within the Service. They are two types of shops : Formal and Informal. Formal shops are shops linked to a legal business and Informal shops are just linked to the user who created them.
3.2. Selling policies and Seller code of conduct
All sellers are expected to adhere to the following policies when listing products on Yaknema. Seller offenses and prohibited content can result in suspension of your Yaknema account.
3.2.1 Seller code of conduct
This policy requires that sellers act fairly and honestly on Yaknema to ensure a safe buying and selling experience. All sellers must:
Provide accurate information to Yaknema and our customers at all times
Act fairly and not misuse Yaknema’s features or services
Not attempt to damage or abuse another Seller, their listings or ratings
Not attempt to influence customers’ ratings, feedback, and reviews
Not send unsolicited or inappropriate communications
Not contact customers except through Buyer-Seller Messaging
Not attempt to circumvent the Yaknema sales process
Not operate more than one selling account on Yaknema without a legitimate business need
Violating the Code of Conduct or any other Yaknema policies may result in actions against your account, such as cancellation of listings, suspension or forfeiture of payments, and removal of selling privileges. More details about these policies are below.
You must provide accurate information to Yaknema and our customers, and update the information if it changes. For example, this means that you must use a business name that accurately identifies your business and list your products in the correct category.
You must act fairly and lawfully and may not misuse any service provided by Yaknema. Examples of unfair activities include:
Providing misleading or inappropriate information to Yaknema or our customers, such as by creating multiple detail pages for the same product or posting offensive product images
Manipulating sales rank (such as by accepting fake orders or orders that you have paid for) or making claims about sales rank in product titles or descriptions
Attempting to increase the price of a product after an order is confirmed
Artificially inflating web traffic (using bots or paying for clicks, for example)
Attempting to damage another Seller, their listings or ratings
Allowing other people to act on your behalf in a way that violates Yaknema’s policies or your agreement with Yaknema
Ratings, Feedback, and Reviews
You may not attempt to influence or inflate customers’ ratings, feedback, and reviews. You may request feedback and reviews from your own customers in a neutral manner, but may not:
Pay for or offer an incentive (such as coupons or free products) in exchange for providing or removing feedback or reviews
Ask customers to write only positive reviews or ask them to remove or change a review
Solicit reviews only from customers who had a positive experience
Review your own products or a competitors’ products
You may not send unsolicited or inappropriate messages. All communications to customers must be sent through Buyer-Seller Messaging and be necessary for fulfilling the order or providing customer services. Marketing communications are prohibited.
If you receive customer information such as addresses or phone numbers to fulfill orders, you may use that information only to fulfill orders and must delete it after the order has been processed. You may not use customer information to contact customers (except through Buyer-Seller Messaging) or share it with any third-party.
Circumventing the Sales Process
You may not attempt to circumvent the Yaknema sales process or divert Yaknema customers to another website. This means that you may not provide links or messages that prompt users to visit any external website or complete a transaction elsewhere.
Multiple Selling Accounts on Yaknema
You may only maintain one account for each region in which you sell unless you have a legitimate business need to open a second account and all of your accounts are in good standing. If any of your accounts are not in good standing, we may deactivate all of your selling accounts until all accounts are in good standing.
Examples of a legitimate business justification include:
You own multiple brands and maintain separate businesses for each
You manufacture products for two distinct and separate companies
You are recruited for an Yaknema program that requires separate accounts
Filing Infringement Notices as an Agent or Brand Protection Agency
Yaknema understands that many brands may choose to have brand protection agencies or agents report intellectual property infringement on their behalf and accepts submissions from authorized agents. However, Yaknema does not permit individuals with active selling accounts to file infringement notices as an agent of a brand when the filing of those notices could benefit their own selling account (through removing competing listings, for example). Any sellers filing notices as an agent to benefit their own status as a seller may have their selling account terminated.
3.2.2. Selling policies and fees
Yaknema offers a commission’s free month upon opening an account.
Once the commission’s free month expires, Yaknema will take a fee on each of your order. This fee is 5 % up to 2500F of the total amount of the order.
For example, if the total amount is 1000F then the fee is 50F. But if the total amount is 100 000F then the fee is 2500F.
When the seller receives an order, the customer already paid for it. The seller has up to 3 days to deliver the order to the customer. If for any reason, the seller is not able to deliver the order he should cancel the order and provide a reason. If a seller fails to do so, Yaknema can limit or close his shop.
If an order is cancelled by the seller, the customer is fully refunded.
If an order is cancelled by the customer he must provide a reason that proof that the order is an error or contains an error else a fee of 500F will be taken before he is refunded. For testing purpose, each customer can cancel only one order without providing a good reason. This order will be considered as his test order.
The seller should also update his stock quantity manually if for any reason he sells a product outside Yaknema.
Deliveries can be conducted by two entities : Yaknema and the merchant. When Yaknema is not able to ship to a specific location then the merchant is by default choosen.
For each location, there is a minimum fee for the delivery.
When the delivery is conducted by the merchant, Yaknema takes a fee of 500F in the total Deliveries fees. Therefore the total fees must be computed like this : minimum fee + 500 + volume fee.
The volume fee is variable because delivery depends on the volume of the object shipped. A TV will cost more to transport than a phone. The more the volume is high, the higher the fee is.
For promotion reason, a seller can set the delivery fee to zero, by setting the promotion to the same amount of the existing (minimum if not changed) fee.
Customers must take care when accepting to be shipped by a merchant. We can’t guarantee the security of the customer in this case.
Merchants must take care when accepting to ship to a customer themselves. They can request Yaknema to make the delivery even if the customer choosed to be shipped by them, unless Yaknema delivery service is not available in the desired location. If the merchant make the delivery himself we can’t guarantee his security.
The delivery is considered successfull and the order completed when the customer give his delivery code to the delivery agent. This code is the proof that the customer received and acknowledges that his order good and he is satisfied. After the delivery agent introduced the delivery code in the system, no refund can happen anymore.
Yaknema is doing his best to validate and verify sellers and customers. If for any reason, a problem arises during the delivery process and you need some informations for legal purposes you can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org
